How to use the Jemby Empowered Matrix

  • Quadrant 1: Urgent and Important (Do)

    Tasks that are both time-sensitive and crucial to your goals.

    Examples: Meeting deadlines, critical projects. Action:

    Action: Prioritize and complete these tasks first to avoid immediate consequences. 

  • Quadrant 2: Not Urgent but Important (Decide)

    Tasks that contribute to longterm goals but don’t have immediate deadlines.

  • Quadrant 3: Urgent but Not Important (Delegate)
